Phase One: Preliminary Coaching

You will receive a 15-page strategic planning guide to help streamline your book idea. Submit the guide and set up your first private coaching session. You’re ready to become an author!
Phase One: First Group Coaching Zoom
Kick off your writing journey with an inspiring and interactive first group coaching session! Meet the other authors in your cohort, share your book ideas (or lack of book idea). We’ll go through your Questionnaire and you’ll gain valuable insights and direction from our expert coaches. This session will set the foundation for your success, helping you clarify your vision, establish your writing goals, and get motivated and ready for our Writers Retreat to bring your book to life. Connect, collaborate, and take the first exciting step toward becoming a published author!
Phase Two: Coaching and Professional Collaborative Writing
April – September 2025
You give us the content, and we make your writing zing!
This five-month phase is where your book truly comes to life—without the overwhelm! Our proven system streamlines the writing process, ensuring your authentic voice shines on the page while we do the heavy lifting for you.
You provide the content—we shape it into a compelling, polished manuscript. Through expert coaching, collaborative writing, and structured guidance, we pull out your ideas, insights, and stories, then refine and enhance them with professional writing, editing and strategic structure.
By the end of this phase, your manuscript will be well on its way to completion—authentic, impactful, and ready to share with the world!
Phase Two: Writer’s Retreat #2
Golden, Colorado
Imagine yourself surrounded by the stunning mountain views of Golden, Colorado—a haven for creativity and inspiration. Each morning begins with invigorating hikes, where the fresh mountain air and breathtaking landscapes spark your imagination and prepare you to write with clarity and purpose. The epic vistas set the tone for a transformative retreat, putting you in the perfect mindset to craft your story.
With expert coaching, you’ll hit your target goal of 35,000 words! By the end of Writers Retreat #2, you’ll be more than halfway done with your book. Your writing skills will have grown so much that the process feels effortless, and you’ll be well-equipped to cross the finish line with confidence. This retreat is your stepping stone to bringing your book to life!
June – August 2025
Private and Group Coaching
You’re on a roll with the weekly coaching and feedback sessions. Writer’s Retreat #2 gave you crystal clarity about where your book is going, and you know exactly how to get it there. This is the time you write, write, write! That’s right, you’re finishing your book!

Writer’s Retreat #3
Newport Beach, California
Finish your manuscript in beauty and luxury, surrounded by your writing coaches and fellow authors, ready to celebrate you! This two and a half day retreat gives you ample time to write in our inspired environment. Find a cozy nook, settle into a lounge chair with a view, or record your speech as you walk through beautiful grounds. Your writing coaches are here for you with 1-on-1 writing sessions and full support for all your questions and final ideas. We close the retreat with a celebration of all of your efforts in the program and a final brainstorming session that will cast a vision for where your book could take you. Hold the galley copy of your book in your hands! Your writing work is done! Now, let’s sell it. Come together for a two and half day marketing training to tap into the expert salesperson in you. You will put together press kits to bring public attention to your book and help you source the perfect foreword from someone in your field. Then, perfect your sales pitch and get your message camera-ready for your upcoming Virtual Book Launch with a practice launch and mock interviews. Finally, smile for the camera at our professional photo shoot as you take the perfect author headshot.

Regular coaching calls keep you confident and inspired as you begin implementing your marketing plan. You’ll send out press kits and start booking podcasts and interviews while HPH works behind the scenes to turn that galley copy into the final version of your book.

Ready. Set. Action. It’s time to share your book with the world! At this Virtual Book Launch, we release and promote the Kindle version of your book in order to amass 100 ratings, reviews, and other promotional advantages before your book goes to print. Plus, it’s a party! Details to come soon.
